I hated Clinton, thought he should have went to prison. I am against a lot of what this administration does, and a lot of what previous administrations have done, pretty much back to Lincoln, but that's not germane to the subject.
Did they cut back on the conventional forces in Afghanistan for the Iraq invasion? Yes. Did it hurt our cause in Afghanistan, well with the recent increases in attacks across the country, and the central governments inability to maintain peace outside the cities I would say yes it did, but that's an opinion, and I wouldn't want to insult you by claiming it's a fact.
