Not arresting terrorists or attempting to stop them is not the act of people looking for peace. Not condemning terrorism is not the act of people looking for peace. Dancing in the street and celebrating the death and destruction of anyone is not the action of people looking for peace. Israel offered everything and more at camp David and instead of accepting it, Arafat started this war. Who wants peace?
