Hellish torture pits. I love terms like that. Anyone who's in the 21st 
century knows that standard torture means nothing. You want information, you 
use sensory deprivation, social conditioning and various other forms of 
mental manipulation. Torture, at least in a physical sense is for those far 
less sophisticated. I'd like to think that we have enough psychologists in 
America to know how to get information from people without setting a car 
battery to their genitals.

For these guys, standard practice of separating them and questioning them 
over time in uncomfortable situations (heat, lack of sleep, etc) should 
prove enough while still being legal.
