No, illegal drugs and prostitution breed crime. Legal ones breed sleep. And yup, I'd like to see local gov'ts regulate drugs and prostitution. That doesn't mean run it, just regulate it. Think Nevada. As to abortion, you and Brian make a good point, but here's the deal: abortion is medical and should, therefore, be part of a broad medical liberty. I'm not sure what the best implementation would be, but I'm sure we need something like it. The bottom line is abortion is not a problem, unwanted pregnancies are, and those are a medical issue.
