As for where to get it, there are multiple alternatives. You can try; A.) Insulting a woman over and over until she marries you! I won't comment on whether it will get you that, but it's a good start! B.) Inflatable alternatives C.) In Chicago at least, you can go to the North Ave. Bridge at 3 A.M. and I'm sure on of the nice ladies..um...hanging around, might be able to help you. D.) There's always booze and desperation to help you along.
