This is funny. This too is just not true. You cannot live on and ever expect to get ahead on near subsistence income. Many homeless are sick, neurotic. I know, the Right does not want to here that, they are just lazy people sucking on the teat. Whatever. There are some of those, I agree. The run Enron and Exxon and Boeing. They suck the teat raw.
