Northern Manitoba has better fishing than Northern Saskatchewan. :P

The poverty in quite a few of the northern reservations is horrid. A
better word is shameful.

At least there's the possibilty of it finally and properly being
addressed, even though that agreement that was recently signed by the
PM and the First Nations looked mainly political to me.
