This is why people need to keep Religion out of the courtrooms. Accept other people's religion.
Celebrate them or don't. But acceptance is key. Because at the end of the day all a religious person has to fall back on is Faith, and that doesn't stand up to independent scrutiny or a jury of one's peers.
