Where would there be room for fraud if the tax is taken "at the register".

I'm for it too although I think there'd be too much room for fraud,
etc so I like the flat tax.

Basically a "flat tax" is really the system we have today except you
totally throw out the rules and rebuild it with the idea being to
KISS.

The think the IRS is, like, bigger than France.
