OK lets do a more direct comparison, Costco and Walmart's Sam's Club.
Costco offers health care benefits, and a higher hourly wage, whereas
Sam's Club is very different. Costco had considerably higher profits
last year. So you can have the extra benefits and still be very
profitable.
