Doesn't McDonald's have 10,00 employees?

Just to clarify - In an ideal world, I'd be in favor of fee for service. This
is not an ideal world, as anyone who suddenly needs a hundred thousand in
healthcare quickly learns. This doesn't seem like a bad step forward. Wal-Mart
is clearly predatory in many of its practices.

>no healthcare jobs that don't happen to have more than 10,000 employees.
