The States should write a contract with the company forcing them to stay and remain in operation, have limits on staff turnover and have some say in how their people are treated at the establishment for that kind of money and favors.
See? Walmart is not a devil. All large corporations are devils if they are run under the overwhelming Capitalist underpinning of Greed Over All. It is such an inhuman and backward concept.Capitalism tempered with Ethics and human values would be oh so much better.
