Go to petfinders.com and find a rescuer in your area. The ASPCA or
Humane Society usually provides it free for rescuers for TNR (Trap
Neuter and Release).
Ask them if they'll get the cats fixed for you or will come by every
few months to pick up the new kittens :) Most will do you the favor.
They will snip the ears to mark as fixed so if you don't want that
done you need to tell them.
