scott, I'm not sure what the battery life is, however - the net cost of driving a hybrid is probably going to be higher than your jeep simply because of the additional cost of the hybrid car itself.
What extra net cost have I been paying for the past year? So far it has been 10 gallons of gas every two weeks and two oil changes.
