It is on every level except for the Presidential election. However, what I was responding to was the original comment that the people elected Bush. They did not. Either time.
And I seriously doubt you would be such a fan of the Electoral College if your guy had lost. Spin it all you want. Throw in a few more red herrings. If you are stating, in any way, that George Bush won an election by legal and ethical means, you are wrong.
