huh ok. I still disagree with your legal interpretation, but I'm glad you agree with my feelings about it.
personally, I worry a lot less about google. If they can make a little money telingl me about something that may be useful to me, then more power to them. I think that we alll know that the sites we look at are already available to whomever might have a cookie on our hard drives, and much of that really doesn't help the way a focused ad does. I mind that a lot less than someone is checking out how often I call my mother....and yes, I realize a data warehousing operation is not concerned with me specifically, but I don't like the information being out there in governmental hands. Even though my mother is the most inoffensive of women and we are doing nothing wrong, nor anything that could be construed as wrong.
