I think this is where the Catch-22 falls.

If we pull out right now, we leave Iraq in shambles, we lose what little
international credibility we have left, and every Jihadist in the world
screams "Look we beat 'em" and then they come in to fill the vacuumn
If we stay we lose more American Soldiers, we get sucked in further into a
quagmire because no one seems to have a concrete plan as to what to do to
stabilize Iraq
War without end, until someone comes up with a winnable plan.

That is a critical point. I don't know why it is so hard for people to
see
that is their primary goal.

Also, what are terrorists around the world going to do if we were to pull
out?

I mean, it would give them all a shot of motivation and cause them to
attack
us more and harder. Hell if we show weakness they will exploit it.
