Plus we're talking about the entire Congress.  America has spoken:
they want change in Iraq.  If the Dems are smart they'll take the
Baker proposal, get Pentagon buy in, and execute.

Bush will be forced to agree or defy everybody and he'd have zero
support from anyone in Congress with a stand like that.  Like I said,
he's already election Bane so assuming Republicans will support him in
anything is not too likely at this point.

There's a new commander in town and his name is Congress.
