Ok, this is going to be the last long one. I swear. It's easy to be simplistic, as I'm wont to be... I think that in reality a lot more is always going on. Generally.
Like, with the coin tosses or combat duty, there are issues like, maybe the practice is making you better at it, maybe you notice that when you flip with X force, and think happy thoughts, you get heads or maybe tails more often. Or as you fight, day to day, you start to see patterns or some such, maybe you stop saluting officers =], or you attempt a raid, but /this/ time stop singing show tunes long before you reach the target. Ok that was really lame, but you get the idea. Does math prove that just by counting, we're changing the outcome, or am I conflating different maths? Another fun one: chance or fate?
