I'll agree that it sucks, but for completely different reasons. It transfers huge amounts of money to corporations based elsewhere and does not address the most of the fundamental problems in the current model. It does address one of them -- the people who do not get insurance wind up creating huge costs for taxpayers. I think there has to be a better solution though.
