The experts who had no interaction with the kid, and are basing this on what people are telling them after he killed a bunch of people.
If he did these things why didn't they show up on a background check? If he broke a law shouldn't they have done something then? A Dark imagination isn't enough, you can't lock somebody up for wanting to have child porn, you have to wait until they do. When he was detained, what came of that?
