Objectively, it's an open question.  Someone who had the discussion in
March, but then goes further to discuss it again, going as far as
playing the offensive piece, must have some motivation, and we can
only speculate at what it is, but racism might be one.

However what we can do is judge repetition of the issue and his
playing of the song.  At best it's in poor taste; at worst it's
indulging racism.
