Subject: Re: Updated Story - Illegal Immigrant Held in Fatal I-40 Wreck

That's potentially five criminal acts for this guy. Entering the
country three times illegally (probably more, those are the only ones
anyone can prove), (some involvement in) stealing a car (felony), and
a potential DUI (usually a felony if anyone is injured).

It really shouldn't matter is he's an illegal immigrant or not, he
broke the law 5 times, at various severity levels, and at various
times. This definitely shows a pattern of criminal behavior.

Does NC have a three strikes law? If illegal entry into the US were a
felony this guy would be history in a 3 strike situation.
