I like that approach, and that's pretty much the way it has been for both of
my professional life jobs.  Treat people like responsible adults, and for
the most part they'll act like it.  I think it makes for a happier
employer/employee relationship, a more productive environment, etc

Jim, that sux that your bosses are pissing and moaning about the schedule
you keep.  Talk about micromanagement.  I bet you could list at least 5
other things that could use improvement or fixing that are higher priority
than your working hours.
