Well, for example, there is a very nice family living in the Milwaukee area and they made about $30k per year. He's a cook and she was a gas station attendant and they have 2 little girls. Both of them talked a lot about doing other things, going to school, etc but with kids and life they never got around to it. They were just scraping by. So not destitute, but really in need of more money. Over the course of about 2 years, with some personal attention, the wife really worked at improving her diction, learning Office applications, etc. Then, about 2 years ago, she was able to leverage those skills into an admin job with a small business making $40k/yr which over doubled their yearly income. So, with education, she was able to bring her family up out of scraping by. She may never have acted on her own, but with some encouragement and the self-esteem boost that accomplishment brings, she's been able to really blossom. That kind of education: life skills, coaching, etc. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| CF 8 â Scorpio beta now available, easily build great internet experiences â Try it now on Labs http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=labs_adobecf8_beta Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:237111 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
