I have a Vista laptop. I have not gone too deeply into it but I have not had 
that problem. My first questions is where you are an admnistrator on the 
machine. If not, you probably cannot change your permissions, me thinks. If 
that dpoesn't help I'll fire the laptop up and see what I can see.
