Hi Tony, The site looks good. I like it a lot.
I do have one issue with the home page and it may just be because I have no idea of the terminology of the US housing market but what does MLS mean exactly? An <abbr> in the site text or an alt tag on the main banner image wouldn't go amiss to fix that :-) On the buyer registration page, my dropdowns for state and county aren't "linked" so whatever state I choose from the 3 available, I get counties from all 3 states in the counties dropdown. I have no idea if the subdivisions dropdown is the same, being English, my US geography isn't *that* good! One thing I especially do like are the error/user info messages in the dark blocks. They draw your attention without making you panic about there being something too wrong.
