That would be Creationism.

Intelligent Design is Creationism with the seeming imprimatur of
Science. They speak of a guiding hand or Watchmaker, but this "person"
is not necessarily god. The reasoning, I would not deign to call it
logic, is that without god in the mix, then it is not Creationism and
therefore, science.

Problem with ID is that its proponents pose no testable hypothesis, no
repeatable experiments and generally nothing more than "goddidit"
logic.
