Document dates and times of verbal requests, then send a signed and dated
written request Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested, and put after
the signature "cc: Attorney name, esq."  Keep a copy for yourself.  

Give them 30 days to act or you'll take some specifically-defined action
that your attorney approves of.

And *be nice* in the letter!  Offer to help in some reasonable way, give
them access to your property (if your attorney says so), etc.

Just make sure your attorney approves what you plan to do.
