Document dates and times of verbal requests, then send a signed and dated written request Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested, and put after the signature "cc: Attorney name, esq." Keep a copy for yourself.
Give them 30 days to act or you'll take some specifically-defined action that your attorney approves of. And *be nice* in the letter!
