I like the last part: Comcast denies it blocks any Internet traffic saying it uses bandwidth management technology to help improve the customer experience but which may slow down some file transfers.
Now I have only been speaking english for a little over 40 years, but I am pretty sure that this sentence means they are throttling some customers back. Sort of like Netflix does when your trial period is over.
