No, I don't think there would be, this is all about the 22nd amendment, if
you read it the word ELECTED is used very specifically several times.

The VP isn't elected, he's just like a tumor or something that rides the ass
of the main candidate.

God would that suck or what?

What is clear is that if Bill were tapped as VP and Hillary won there would
be a court challenge on the constitutionality of his election. There might
