Jeebuz. I thought I was loosing my mind, I figured if ever there was a 
cut and dry case this one was it.

I know there are others that are more in the gray area, especially if 
you bring in rendition and so forth, but this one.......

I figure if Larry agrees, I'm on firm moral ground :)
