Cameron, One approach you can look at is combining one of the delivery services people have mentioned (such as Constant Contact), or the one I use, eROI with content from a wordpress blog.
Create a blog, choose a template (or get your own designed), and then paste the url into the delivery service. Simple and clean, and a huge support community for the user.
