1. Lots of members of Al Qaeda identify themselves. We don't have to do anything there- they have declared themselves members of Al Qaeda. 2. The military has a very good track record of capturing men and materials that yield very detailed intelligence about Al Qaeda- members, activities, financing, etc.
So before you go into histrionics about us "locking up every a-rab", why don't you think logically and seriously about how the military goes about identifying who is and is not a member of Al Qaeda.
