There's also the matter of the LT. Governor providing the $4000 for the 
Christian plates, and the Christian plate being the only one with words. If any 
other belief systems got the exact same deal without any bias for OR against 
them then I would have no problem with it.

On that note what would happen if a Wiccan or Satanist group with the $4000 
applied for a plate. I wonder if it would go through without a temper tantrum 
from the fundamentalist Christian groups in the area?
