Looks like a cool place, but it's an odd floor plan. I'm not sure I'd want my door coming into my office, or my bedroom right off my main living space. Of course, for that kind of moola, you'd get a free standing house with 4 bedrooms, around here. So, I suppose it's easier for me to be picky.
