IMHO, hallways are a waste of space when you are talking about a condo with limited square footage. I'd have to get in my car to go anywhere at all. You pay a little more for this location, but you get 10 or so restaurants/bars within walking distance, dry cleaning, postal, coffee shop, 2 fitness places, etc... All within walking distance. The only thing I need that's not within walking distance right now is a small grocery market for misc items I may need to grab - like ketchup or a 6 pack of brews.
