Yes Sembler is pure evil. Unfortunately I know him too well. My brother was a casualty of this so called "Drug War", he was in Straight Inc. back in the early 80's wrote his story and put it online about 8 years ago http://www.webdiva.org/straight/ and as far as I'm concerned his blood is on Sembler's hands, Straight Inc. is responsible for his death and many others.
IF you take the time to read the comments other's have left it's pretty clear the damage just that one rehab did. I have friends who 25 years later are still coming to terms with what they were put through in there. The saddest part is it's still going on today, the amount of abusive rehabs about there is unbelievable. Just this past spring some legislation FINALLY passed giving children a few more rights then they had before. Although when a child is placed into a private rehab they basically have no rights which allows this sort of abuse to go on. While these bills are a start they far from a solution. Animals and prisoners of war have more rights than most children in this country. A bit disturbing if you ask me.
