Well, that's where we disagree. I believe if you ask for leadership, you sign up for accountability. Failure is your fault. Period. Earthquake destroys your data center? You should've had a better business continuity plan. Employee steals client data? You should've had better security. Russia invades Georgia? You should've had better intelligence and prevented Georgia from making a bonehead move. If you don't want fault - accountability - then don't ask for and accept leadership. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;203748912;27390454;j Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:268767 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
