Take the La Belle Vie Chef's Tasting Menu with the Sommelier's Flight, then
double or triple the price because of the rare premium ingredients used (if
it were served in a restaurant for profit).

These events are done without any profit margin, but still require $150 to
$200 per member or guest for each meal, reserved and paid for weeks in
advance so they can accurately plan provisions and staff. The world's
finest chefs, the most premium ingredients, and the finest wines (sometimes
from private collections) matched by Michael McNeil, Georgia's only
Certified Master Sommelier, are always served. Often five or more courses,
perfectly portioned, and champagne at reception plus at least as many wine
pairings. It's literally the finest food and wine on the planet.

To give you an idea, when I was in Las Vegas, a similar meal at Fleur de Lys
was about $450 including the tip. As a Chaine member they treated me like a
king, too. I was given a private tour of the kitchen by the chef, I met all
of his staff, we discussed sous-vide cooking and I got to ogle his sous-vide
apparatus, they presented me with a very nice scroll signed by the entire
staff, etc.
