As someone who supremely enjoys roasted meats, I can only believe that a Knight of Roasted Meats is truly awesome. Oddly, the best roasted meats I've ever had was in Italy. But NOBODY beats Toulouse for duck. and geese. Although you have to be careful with "canard" vs "connar", although I don't know if I'm spelling that right. I just know they are very similar words to a non-french speaker.
