I'm not an expert but where in the bible does it allow for democracy and republicanism? Doesn't the Bible also heavily frown on non-believers? Something about believing in false gods? It kind of seems to me you are trying to draw a parallel between the Koran and the US constitution. I think if you were to compare the Bible to the Koran you'd see they both talk about wiping out the non-believers.
