I lust for an iPhone, but I refuse to buy one because AT&T/Cingular is the suckiest company on the planet. They hounded my poor father for months for a huge bill he did not owe. I had to bring in the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau to get them to leave him alone. I'm firmly convinced that their harassment spoiled much of the last days of his life. I hate them with a fiery passion because of it, will never do business with them, and consider it my mission to let everyone know just how unscrupulous they are.
