I didnt have it on the diagram. A prett vital piece of info I left off 
there, eh.

The issue seems to be something blocking port 139 and 445 inbound on the 
machine, I can telnet out to another machine on 139 and 445 but not in. I've 
checked the GUI and the firewall is disabled, the MS tech even disabled 
using the command prompt as well. Even tried booting in safe mode with 
networking and still cant telnet out on port 139 or 445.

I may get desperate and try windows repair, or just break down and drap a 
sheet over it and reformat the darn drive.
