I'm jealous. I had a semi-decent setup in my basement (half is finished other half fairly unfinished) but then my brother-in-law moved in. Well, that was almost 2 years ago. And still no rent paying *sigh* Plenty of that is my own fault and he's starting back into college in a few days so hopefully things will progress for him and I get my office back.
He's a good guy and all but the house is small and things occasionally wear on you after a bit.
