After spending 17 years in EMS, I know full well where America's priorities
lie when it comes to this. I once had a guy who lived in a multi-million
dollar home, had a heart attack, we did CPR on him, brought him back to the
point that he could talk by the time we got to the hospital. He then started
bitching about how much it was going to cost him for the 'ambulance ride'
