Dude.  You don't have the right to work anywhere you want, and you're
not getting the principle.

The only question is this:

Are unions unconstitutional or not?

According to Robert, with card check they are.  (although he's not
offered a shred of fact to support that argument.  mostly because
there isn't any)

So that's it.  You either present a unions-are-unconstitutional
argument or you deal with unions.

Which means we transition this thread to whining about unions rather
than talking about "rights".

And that'd be fine by me.
