The NTSB is the one in charge of investigating, not the aircraft manufacturer. What incentive would Airbus have to seal files anyway if a pilot made a mistake (assuming that's the case for the sake of argument)? Under those circumstances I'd say the pilots did a superb job with a situation that could have been a total disaster.
