Client's old webmaster registered domain with yahoo small business using his own billing information. Old webmaster is unreachable. Client is listed as administrative contact for the domain, however the listed email address is wrong but the phone number is correct.
Yahoo wants to verify ownership via billing information, which we don't have. Is the phone number on the admin contact enough to regain control? If so, how. Do we need to go through ICANN for a dispute or something? Trying to resolve this asap as site is down until we get the domain back.
