make a list of everything that shows it's your site and everyting yout an
tell them about it that may not be standard. I went through this with one
client once when the guy who had been doing their website on a volunteer
basis died unexpectedly. He has both the admin and technical contact.
Network Solutions wanted a death certificate and I told them I was not about
to bother the widow over anything that silly. Polite persistence is the key
here. You should be on the phoen wiht them right now explainign that
your client's site is down :)
